When you sign up via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.

When you paste a property listing URL (e.g., from Redfin or Zillow), we fetch publicly available listing information — including property details, photos, and pricing — to generate marketing materials on your behalf.

1.3 User-Uploaded Content

You may upload photos, videos, voice recordings, and branding assets. These files are stored securely and used solely to produce your marketing content.

1.4 Usage Data

We collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics 4, including pages visited, feature usage, browser type, and device information. This data is anonymized and used to improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and deliver AI-generated marketing materials (videos, descriptions, social content) for your property listings.
• To authenticate your identity and manage your account.
• To personalize your experience, including voice cloning and agent branding features.
• To improve, maintain, and troubleshoot the platform.

3. AI Processing

We use artificial intelligence models to analyze property data, generate text, create videos, and clone voices. Your uploaded content may be processed by third-party AI providers (such as language models and text-to-speech services) strictly to deliver the features you request. We do not use your content to train third-party AI models.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers — cloud hosting (Google Cloud Platform), analytics (Google Analytics), AI processing, and payment processors, each bound by data-processing agreements.
